If you are abroad and calling to Ukraine via BiP Out function the cost of calls is the same as in Ukraine. Outgoing calls are provided due to available minutes in the service package. If you are run out of available minutes outgoing calls are charged according to your tariff plan as if you call in Ukraine. In case using regional tariff plan by number, a payment for the calls will be as out of region if there has not been any transactions at the region in the day before calls.
Pay your attention, itās not possible to call to short numbers and numbers, starting with 0 700, 0 800, 0 900, etc. via BiP Out. Calls to the numbers of visited country or other countries are charged at the rates of international calls as if you call from Ukraine.
Fair use policy is used for calls to landline and numbers of other mobile operators of Ukraine via BiP Out in roaming. Calls to such numbers via BiP Out are limited to 60 minutes per month. Calls to lifecell numbers through BiP Out are unlimited and charged as if you are calling from Ukraine. After using 60 minutes, we recommend making regular calls according to roaming tariffs.
